MTP has invested in a purpose-built clean room for the assembly, repair, servicing, testing and certification of pumps, gearboxes and compressors. This dedicated facility provides a contamination-controlled environment that raises the standard of every job completed in our workshop.

Built within our workshop, the clean room reflects MTP's commitment to precision engineering and best-practice service standards.

Pumps, gearboxes and compressors are precision-engineered equipment, with critical internal components manufactured to extremely fine tolerances. During assembly or repair, dust, metal particles, moisture and airborne debris can enter these components, accelerating wear, reducing reliability and shortening equipment life once it returns to service.

A Controlled Environment, Built for High-Spec Assembly and Testing

One of the most significant additions is the new pump test stand, located within the clean room environment. The stand is mounted on a custom-fabricated steel frame with a heavy-duty plate surface and incorporates a dedicated hydraulic oil cooler fitted with an electric fan.

This enables us to test equipment under load in the same controlled environment where it was assembled, eliminating exposure to open workshop conditions between the service bench and the test stand. From strip-down through to testing and certification, the entire process now takes place within one controlled space, helping ensure every rebuild meets our quality standards before returning to service.

Sammler CS Gearboxes, Pumps and Compressors Fully Supported In-House

If your facility operates Sundyne high-speed centrifugal pumps or Sunflo compressor units, MTP can now service, test and certify that equipment entirely in-house within our dedicated clean room facility.

MTP stocks and supplies Sammler CS components, Sammler CS is a German manufacturer that has specialised since 2003 in high-quality replacement components designed for OEM specifications for Sundyne API 610 pumps and Sunflo compressor units.

The Sammler CS range includes:

• Complete gearbox assemblies (LMV-311, LMV-322 and LMV-331)
• Gearbox rebuild kits
• High-speed shaft assemblies (P-2000 and P-3000)
