Motor Driven Pumps
Motor-driven metering pumps are built to be robust and reliable, operating independently without the need for supervision. The metering rate of this pump can be adjusted by changing both the stroke length and stroke rate, which corresponds to the motor speed. The rotation of the electric motor is reduced by a worm gear and transformed into a linear stroke movement via a cam. This motion is then transmitted to the diaphragm in the dosing head through a slide rod, while two check valves prevent any backflow of the feed chemical during the pumping process.
