Solenoid Pumps
ProMinent offers solenoid-driven metering pumps with capacities ranging from 0.74 to 80 l/h, capable of handling back pressures from 25 to 2 bar. To effectively meter a wide variety of liquid chemicals, ProMinent utilises an extensive selection of materials.
These pumps operate through a solenoid that moves the solenoid shaft back and forth by switching on and off. This movement is transferred to the diaphragm in the dosing head. Two check valves are incorporated to prevent the feed chemical from flowing back during the pumping process. Additionally, both the stroke length and stroke rate can be precisely adjusted, allowing for accurate control of the metering rate in ProMinent’s solenoid-driven metering pumps.
This metering pump stands out for its exceptional versatility and reliability, offering an ideal price-to-performance ratio. As an all-rounder, it supports manual operation and external contact activation, featuring continuous stroke length adjustment for precision control. Additionally, it includes a connection for a 2-stage level switch, ensuring enhanced monitoring and safety.
