Our sales team is dedicated to understanding our clients’ needs and providing tailored solutions, with a strong focus on building lasting relationships.

Service Technician
I joined Malcolm Thompson Pumps late in 2018 as a helper/labourer while completing my HSC. In 2019, I was offered an apprenticeship, which I gladly accepted and have never looked back. What I enjoyed most during my apprenticeship was the opportunity to learn from a wide range of tradesmen and the various techniques they used to complete jobs. This experience taught me to think outside the box. What has kept me engaged with the company is the support from my managers in my career progression and seeing myself develop new skills. The wide variety of work we undertake on a daily basis means that no two days are the same. I have now been with the company for 6 years and can see myself being here for many more years to come.

I have worked with MTP for nearly a year now and it’s been an amazing experience for me, I was lucky enough to join a team that is collaborative, supportive and passionate about their work. Since starting here at MTP as a Trade Assistant I’ve learnt so much about all the different field’s including fitting, painting and even service work. I have always been someone that’s likes to be hands on and willing to tackle a challenge and MTP has become like home to me. Working at MTP has even motivated me to gain more experience and skills by starting my apprenticeship as a fitter machinist. I’ve had the pleasure of working with many amazing co workers here at MTP and I’m excited to see what else is to come.
