Eccentric Worm Drive Pumps

FLUX eccentric worm-drive pumps are suitable for pumping low to high-viscosity fluids. These positive displacement pumps operate with low turbulence, delivering consistent pressure and ensuring gentle, pulsation-free performance.

While the Series 550 pumps are commonly used across the industrial sector, the Series 560 is specifically configured for use in the pharmaceutical, food, and cosmetics industries. All pumps can be used in both mobile and stationary applications, are composed of a minimal number of components, and are easy to disassemble for cleaning and maintenance.

Various configurations are available, including models for immersion in material or external installation. Options also include versions with explosion protection, 3A certification, and FLUX FOOD pumps compliant with Directive (EC) 1935/2004 and FDA CFR 21 standards.

For motor connection, users can choose between a bearing flange (S) or a gear drive (GS). Additionally, drum emptying systems with eccentric worm-drive pumps are available for handling especially high-viscosity media.
