Our Foundry Equipment

Our induction furnaces are a key piece of equipment in our foundry, with a capacity of up to 600kg, enabling us to work with a wide range of materials to meet your specific needs. We specialise in high-quality castings, including:
- Bronze: Up to 100kg
- Cast Iron: Up to 300kg
- Steel/Stainless Steel: Up to 600kg
Our foundry is equipped to deliver precision and quality across these materials, ensuring that your requirements are met with the highest standards
- Bronze: We can cast up to 100kg of bronze, a material renowned for its excellent wear resistance and fatigue strength, suitable for high-stress applications like sea water environments.
- Cast Iron: With the capability to cast up to 300kg, our cast iron products are known for their durability and wear resistance, making them ideal for demanding industrial applications.
- Steel/Stainless Steel: Our foundry can handle up to 600 kg of steel or stainless steel, perfect for creating high-tensile strength components that resist corrosion and cracking.
Additionally, we offer the following specialized materials:
- High Chrome Iron: Known for its exceptional wear resistance, perfect for demanding industrial applications.
- Austenitic Iron: Like High Chromium Iron, Austenitic Iron or NiResist is ideal for abrasive and corrosive applications.
- Cast Steel: When high tensile strength is required, cast steel is ideal. This material resists corrosion due to low carbon content, resists cracking due to its ductility, and is easily repairable on site.
- 300 Series Stainless Steel: Ideal for corrosion-resistant and high-strength components.
- Duplex Stainless Steel: Offers superior strength and corrosion resistance, combining the best properties of both ferritic and austenitic stainless steels.
- Phosphorus Bronze: Renowned for its excellent wear resistance and fatigue strength, suitable for high-stress applications, especially in sea water environments.
- Aluminium Bronze: Similar to Phosphorus Bronze, this material is used in sea water applications, particularly when the water is higher in temperature. The addition of aluminium also results in higher abrasion resistance.

We deliver superior manufacturing capabilities with our advanced Sand Mixers for high-quality molding. Our shotblasting facilities handle parts up to 2 meters in size, ensuring thorough cleaning and preparation. These processes are overseen by our highly experienced staff, who maintain stringent quality control measures throughout the production process.

- Spectrometer for testing material composition
- Ultrasonic testing for check voids and blow holes
